The Migrants’ Law Project (MLP) is pleased to be working with Lambeth Law Centre in the appeal of JG (Zimbabwe) against the determination of the Upper Tribunal in EM and Others (Returnees) Zimbabwe CG  UKUT 98 (IAC).
The MLP’s role is to support the work of Lambeth Law Centre to ensure that the important issues raised in this appeal are fully ventilated, and in light of the challenges posed by novel and multiple disclosure issues in relation to both the Home Office and the Foreign Office.
Collaborating with other organisations is a key part of the MLP’s strategy to combine available skills and utilise scarce resources to better protect and promote the rights of refugees and migrants.
A decision was handed down by the Court of Appeal in June 2012, granting permission to appeal. Please see below.
