Removals to Greece

The MLP took over the case of NS (Saeedi), from the Immigration Advisory Service after its closure. The case was heard in the Court of Justice of the European Union and judgment was given in December 2011. This case concerns whether asylum seekers can be deported to other EU countries if there is a risk of torture, or inhumane and degrading treatment in those countries. The judgment in the case can be found here
